Challenges and Groups upload didn't work

Hi, Waterspeed uploads activities to the Challenges/Groups automatically. It might take a while, up to a few hours. If you don't have an Internet connection, the upload will resume automatically as soon as the device connects again.

Be sure to check the rules of the Challenge or the Group and which statistics are considered and for which sports. For example, the Top Speed kind of challenge is not considering the singular Max Speed, but the Top Speed in 5 seconds.

You can always submit manually, using the related menu in the 3 dots button, inside the activity page.

In case you get an error or missing data, please check:

  • if the Start date of the activity is included in the Challenge/Group start date
  • The activity type is allowed (for example Windsurf), otherwise, click on Edit in the Activity page, change it, and manually submit
  • Check the statistics considered in the Challenge (Accumulated Distance, 5 seconds Top Speed, number of activities, Best Gybe average speed, etc.)
  • Check the menu inside the Challenge/Group, if the automatic upload is disabled
  • Check if the activity, from the Diary page, is uploaded to the cloud
  • We don't accept activities with the type "Other"
  • We don't accept activities shorter than 10 minutes
  • We don't accept overlapping activities
