Challenges upload didn't work

or you get an error with the manual upload

Hi, Waterspeed uploads activities to the Challenges automatically. It might take a while, up to a few hours. If you don't have an Internet connection, the upload will resume automatically as soon as the device connects again.

You can always upload manually, using the related menu in the 3 dots button, inside the activity page.

In case you get an error, please check:

  • if the Start date of the activity is included in the Challenge start date
  • The activity type is allowed by the Challenge, otherwise, click on Edit, change it, and try again
