From the Weather Tab, in the iPhone App, it is possible to choose the unit to see the temperature in Fahrenheit. Just click on the "C->F" button in the top right corner.

From the Settings tab, it is possible to set the unit for the Wind speed (kmh, knots, mph, m/s).
