If you don't see all the activities in the Diary, most of the time there is a filter applied, please be sure to remove all filters from the Diary view (clicking on the lens in the right upper corner or on the orange text "Show all activities...").
Otherwise, if you are a PRO user, be sure to have logged in from the Settings page and downloaded from the cloud. Also, be sure to have logged in with the same user from iPhone and iPad. Then restart both devices.
As usual, be sure to have everything updated and, if needed, start synch (synchro) manually pulling down the list in the Diary Tab.
Furthermore, the upload and the download from the Cloud works only with the app open. You will see an orange progress bar in the Diary tab for the download, and an orange progress bar in the Record tab for the upload.
